Fast 1 Meal per Day (Lunch or Dinner)

Eat Only 1 Meal per Day (Any Meal of Your Choice)

Progressive Fast (Each week removes items from diet in addition to what has already been removed)

    Week 1: Remove Pleasantries (Sweets and Sugar based foods and drinks)

    Week 2: Remove Red Meat

    Week 3: Remove All Meat

    Week 4: Remove All Starches, Pastas and Breads

    Week 5: Remove All Foods EXCEPT Fruits and Vegetables

    Week 6: Remove All Liquids EXCEPT Water

Sun Up / Sun Down Fast

3 Day All Food Fast per Week

Choose Your Own Fast (choose any combination of all the above options for the entire fast and/or change them on a weekly basis if desired.)

Social Media Fast - 10 days of your choice during 40 Days

ALL Media Fast - 5 days of your choice during 40 Days
